- Years of hands-on exposure to resort and retreat operations, guest experience design, and SOP-driven service in hill destinations.
- Understanding of seasonality, access constraints and staffing realities unique to Himalayan locations, which directly informs practical, resilient project design.
Tourism Project Development Expertise
- Experience working with architects, planners and technical consultants on Himalayan resorts, glamping, tented stays and activity-led tourism projects.
- Familiarity with land use, building and tourism norms in key hill states, and with the approval pathways needed to move a concept from idea to sanctioned project.
